If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery 💛
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons.
To get started, simply reach out to our team at hello@daezls.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process step by step. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
